(Hereinafter - "Company" / "Data Processor").

We are the official representative of the brands posted on the website in Azerbaijan; we also operate the stores of the above-mentioned brands in the territory of Azerbaijan on the basis of Franchise Agreements. The website www.rgaz.az owned and governed by Retail Group Azerbaijan LLC.
In order to provide telephone / distant sales to you, we review your completed electronic applications and therefore process your personal data.
Please read the present terms and conditions and Personal data processing policy carefully before submitting the application.

WHAT WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR:

We use your personal information to the extent necessary for the duration of the telephony/distance sales purposes. In particular, your personal data will be processed to confirm the application, to deliver the order to the address provided by you, for tax purposes. Also for marketing activities to periodically receive phone messages until we get a refusal from you.
We will only store your personal data if a phone order has been placed.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE USE AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE:

    to identify the person that the company needs to deliver the order and for tax and payment purposes.
  • E-mail:To receive notifications, in particular, that the customer receives a text message about the receipt of his application and the subsequent completion of the order to ensure that his order has been placed/signed and that he/she will receive the order within 3-5 days.
  • Mobile phone:
    To place a telephone/distant order, to place an order with the company operator, for courier purposes, in particular, to communicate when delivering orders.
  • Personal number:
    to identify the person in order to deliver the order / purchased product without error; for payment and tax purposes.
  • Address:
    To deliver the order - for transportation purposes.
  • Bank account number:
    If the customer wishes, upon his/her approval, his/her bank account can be used to reimburse the amount in case of returning the order.

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA: We perform the following actions with your personal data: collection, systematization, gathering, storage, specification (update, change), transfer, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, etc.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH: We share your data with service providers who assist or support us during providing telephone / distant sales to you (including postal and courier services, financial information operators, mobile and other communication operators, non-cash payment operators (providers), banks, anti-fraud detection and prevention entities, government agencies) for further processing within the legislation.

LEGISLATION:

These Terms and Conditions and Personal Data Processing policy are governed and interpreted by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes between the parties related to the fulfillment of these conditions shall be resolved by mutual agreement. ORDER
Placement of the order is carried out by calling the number indicated on the brand on the page www.rgaz.az
or via WhatsApp. Orders are accepted every day from 10:00 till 17:00

DELIVERY
Delivery details are provided in the Terms and Conditions, FQA, and will be clarified by phone too.

PAYMENT
The following payment methods are available:
• By cash on Delivery
• Via Credit Card

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Select the Azerbaijan part of the brand you want to order from the general page, be sure to include the product code and size when placing your order. To order, you can call or write to the number marked on the brand on the general page or through WhatsApp. You can expect your delivery after getting the confirmation for your order.

IS THERE A MINIMUM REQUIRED PURCHASE FOR THE SERVICE?
No, you can choose any item that is currently available.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
The service is available to delivery addresses in the following cities: Baku and Sumgayit.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?
The delivery fee is as follows: Delivery is free of charge for orders of 100AZN (one hundred) and more. The delivery fee is 5AZN (five) for orders less than 100AZN (one hundred).

ARE THERE SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES?
6 days a week: from Monday to Friday until 20:00, on Saturday until 18:00.

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?
After confirmation of the order, delivery of goods is carried out within 3-5 days by courier service in Baku and Sumgait cities. Delivery time is pre-determined by the courier. We are not responsible for the untimely and inaccurate execution of the order as a result of incorrect information provided by you.

WHAT DO I PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
We will ask for your ID, so please keep it on hand.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE ACCEPT MY ORDER?
Yes, that person will only need to present the ID or passport used to make the order.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay By Cash on Delivery or Credit card (link).

ARE YOUR PRICES VAT INCLUSIVE?
Yes, all the prices on the website are VAT inclusive.

HOW I CAN REFUSE FROM THE ORDER?
You can reject the order during the delivery time (parcel is sent back by courier to the related stores for refund)

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
You can change or refund the goods within 14 days (excluding the day of purchase) if the required quality goods purchased from our store do not fit you due to their shape, size, overall dimensions, model, color or structure, or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose.



PROCEDURES FOR REFUND AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

Required quality goods accepted by the Customer may be exchanged and refunded if the following conditions are met:
1) Goods should not be used;
2) The appearance of the goods, consumer properties, seal, and label should be preserved;
3) Goods or cash receipts or other documents issued together with the goods should be saved.

Goods listed below cannot be exchanged or refunded:
1) Perfumery and cosmetics;
2) Men's, women's, and children's beachwear;
3) Underwear for kindergarten age and newborn children;
4) Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, curlers, etc.);
5) Children's toys;
6) Used men's, women's, and children's socks, underwear without labels excluding manufacturing defects.


Note: All refunds will be accepted within 14 days after stores opening (exceptions are the orders, paid by link and rejected during delivery time, the parcel is sent back to related store and refund is made via bank transfer)
