WHAT WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR:

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
o All Returns and Exchanges can be done within 14 days after the reception of goods according to the existing Exchange/Refund policy. You can Exchange the goods in our physical stores or Return them using courier services.
o Please revise the parcel and be sure that it is in a perfect condition before signing the “Reception Acceptance Act” from courier.
PROCEDURES FOR REFUND AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
Our goal is to always provide the highest level of service to our customers. Customers can exchange or return the goods within 14 days after the delivery of the order following the rules of return.
Goods may be exchanged (exchange option available only at our physical locations.) or returned if the following conditions are met:
1) Goods should not be used or damaged;
2) The appearance of the goods, its consumer properties, the seal, and the labels (inner and external) must be preserved;
3) All fiscal and commercial receipts or other documents issued with the goods should be presented.
In case the purchased good contains factory defect or is damaged, it will be returned/ exchanged upon Customer's request. Defective products will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges (if any) and any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the product.
The following goods will not be exchanged or refunded:
1) Fragrances and cosmetics;
2) Swimwear (unless the hygiene strip isn’t removed);
3) Underwear and bodysuits;
4) Accessories and Personalized items;
5) Children's toys, linens, nursery & infant items;
6) Products purchased outside of Georgia.
These are the options for returning your goods:
• Physical Stores;
• Drop Points (Georgian Post Offices – you need to present the filled Return Form received with goods at delivery).
• If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other packaging that it is properly sealed to prevent the items getting lost or damaged;
• Remember, in the case of returns made at a drop point, you must fill out the return request. You will receive this special Return form with the delivered goods;
• Please remember that the drop point return option is only available for online purchases. It is not valid for items that have been purchased in our physical stores.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not fulfil the above return requirements.
1. The refund in the stores will be made by cash or by placing the money on your credit card.
2. In case of returning the product through Georgian Post branches, the amount will be transferred to the bank account specified by you in the filled Return Form, and in case of online payment, the amount will be transferred back to your own bank account number from which you made a an online purchase. The money will be returned to you within 10 working days after submitting the product to the branch of Georgian Post.
Customer is carrying the costs of returning goods as per the prices indicated in terms & conditions: return cost is 5 GEL from Tbilisi, Rustavi and Mtskheta and 10 GEL from the other cities. The indicated costs will be deducted from the refund amount while transferring it to the client’s bank account.
